Shipping Policy
Processing of your order will take 3-5 working days depending on the size of your order.
Domestic (South Africa): We will ship your order via Postnet to Postnet method. Lead time is 2 – 4 working days. You will be provided with a tracking number to collect your parcel at your nearest Postnet branch.
Shipping rate: Domestic shipping rate will reflect after entering your local address.
International: These will be shipped via the DHL Express option or Aramex which will take 7-10 days. You will be provided with a tracking number after your parcel has been shipped.
Shipping rate: International shipping rate will be discussed on receipt of your order.
Insurance: International orders sent via DHL and Aramex will be insured, however, the maximum insurance value will depend on the country we are shipping to.
